This full-day workshop (9:30 am to 4 pm) is the perfect opportunity to brainstorm with like-minded business people on how and what to say to your audience.

- How to build loyalty with existing customers, and turn them into evangelists

- How to get the right message across

- How to use social media not just for marketing, but also for PR, product development, customer service, and human resources

- How to really interact and engage with potential customers

- How to use the best game plan that social media has to offer, including YouTube, FaceBook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flickr, and many other tools that you might not have considered
